The Operations VIP Day
One focused day. One stubborn problem, solved and in your team's hands before you head home.
You know the one. The process that only works because you remember every step. The tool your team stopped trusting. The system you have meant to set up since last spring. It is not that you don't know it needs fixing; there is just never a clear day to fix it.
A VIP Day is that clear day. You bring the problem. I bring a full day of focused attention and years of building systems for small businesses. By the end, it is built, written down, and handed to your team.

1. Request your day.
Fill out a short form about your business and the one problem you want solved. You will book a quick fit call right in the form.
2. Fit call.
We hop on a quick 20-minute call to make sure the project fits the day you chose. If it is bigger than a day, I will tell you honestly and we will talk about what makes more sense.
3. Book and prep.
Once the agreement is signed and payment is received, your date is locked in. You get a prep questionnaire and a checklist of logins and information to have ready, so we do not lose a minute on the day.
4. The day.
We start with a short kickoff call, then I build while you run your business. I check in at midday and only pull you in when I need a decision.
5. Handoff.
We close with a walkthrough of the finished system. You get the written instructions and videos, and I stay available by email while your team gets comfortable.
How It Works
FAQs
What if we do not finish?
1
The fit call is there to prevent that: we scope the project to the day. If something unexpected comes up, like a software limit or a missing login, I will tell you right away, finish everything I can, and give you a clear written list of what is left and how to complete it.
What do I need to have ready?
2
Logins for the tools involved, any existing documents or examples, and time for the kickoff and handoff calls. Your prep checklist spells out exactly what to gather.
Do you work on-site?
3
For businesses in the Walla Walla Valley, on-site days are available: sometimes it helps to see how the work actually flows. Most VIP Days run over video, which works just as well for remote clients.
Can my team be part of it?
4
Yes, and it helps. Anyone who will run the system is welcome at the handoff session.
Which tools do you work with?
5
ClickUp, Airtable, HoneyBook, Google Workspace, Zapier, Canva, Squarespace, Wix, Kajabi, and many more. If you use something I have not worked with, I will tell you on the fit call.
How do I pay?
6
Payment is made through HoneyBook. Your date is reserved once you sign the agreement and we receive payment.
What if I need to reschedule?
7
You can reschedule once with at least 5 business days' notice. VIP Days are non-refundable
Is this a sales pitch for ongoing services?
8
No. A VIP Day stands on its own. If you want more help later, we can talk about it, but we will never push you.
